KJ Den Haag will soon be the gateway to the flourishing and international city that The Hague is!
The warmly lit vaulted public space beneath the towers will form an inverted dune landscape, where the Universal Declaration of Human Rights will be displayed. This area serves as the connection between the renovated Central Station and the expansive green park. It instantly gives you the feeling that you are part of the city behind the dunes, where the protection of human rights is a top priority. Here, many nationalities come together, finding their way to government buildings, NGOs, and embassies. Conversely, KJ will also be an ideal place to live for those seeking a quick connection to cities like Brussels, Paris, and London. With all the international train connections, you can get there in no time. Flying from Schiphol or Rotterdam The Hague Airport is also easily arranged.
The Park: The Green Carpet
Directly in front of KJ is the green park ‘De Koekamp’. This park, with its large water features and deer park, was originally the hunting grounds of the Counts of Holland. In the 19th century, the hunting grounds were transformed into an English-style garden by the famous architect Zocher. De Koekamp is a lush, forested park directly connected to Malieveld and the Haagse Bos. Among the old trees, you’ll find many storks, which return each year as symbols of the city to lay their eggs. The park is a pleasant green space for walking and sports. Zocher’s original design will be further extended with the construction of KJ, creating a beautiful green carpet stretching from Central Station straight into The Hague.

KJ features two striking towers that will soon define the skyline of The Hague. The East Tower is located close to the station, and the West Tower is positioned a bit further toward the Koekamp. Each tower has its own entrance from the square on the ground floor. The apartments range from 60 m² to over 110 m² and more, with views towards Delft and Rotterdam or Scheveningen and the North Sea. All apartments have outdoor spaces and are finished to a high standard. You won’t miss a thing here.
Green Valley
KJ offers a wide range of apartments in the 'green valley'. This mid-rise section of the building connects the two high towers of KJ. Each apartment here features its own rooftop terrace/garden with space for plenty of greenery. There is also a communal rooftop garden, for residents only, of course. Urban life here takes on a new dimension. With the green rooftops and terraces, KJ brings the greenery from the park below right into your home.
