Both primary and secondary education can be found within walking distance. Scheveningen beach is about a 15-minute bike ride away. Major highways to Rotterdam, Leiden, Utrecht and Amsterdam are about a 20-minute drive away. A fun, lively area that has all the fun locations of The Hague within easy reach.
THE HOUSE
Ground floor-garden-basement
The house has an internal width of approximately 6.25 m. You will notice this immediately when you enter the spacious vestibule. Then you enter the hall with staircase and toilet. From the hall you enter the spacious basement. The living room, including the conservatory, is almost 13 meters long. The conservatory with sliding doors to the garden provides a lot of light at the rear of the house. The kitchen is currently closed but can also be added to the living room. (The kitchen is accessible from the conservatory and hallway). The garden has afternoon-evening sun and there is a spacious storage room with electricity connection at the rear.
