The Geuzenkwartier/Statenkwartier is a neighborhood where people like to live. Public transport is also very well organized with various bus and tram connections to Central Station and Hollands Spoor. There are various schools and childcare locations in the district. International schools such as the German and French schools are also a short distance from this house.

There are many dining options in the harbour, on the beach and on the boulevard. The center of The Hague is approximately 20 minutes by bike.
