AREA

This floor has a spacious landing with 1 bedroom with walk-in closet at the front and two spacious bedrooms at the rear. Fourth floor
This floor can be reached through a fixed staircase. The space can still be divided according to your own wishes. There is a hot water boiler (2021) and a central heating boiler (remeha calenta 2021). There are several people who have created an indoor roof terrace facing the road on this floor.
